There are many reasons why the SRA may carry out a visit to your firm and it may be at short notice or with no notice at all. It could be a thematic review on a compliance issue, such as those on cyber security, workplace culture, or immigration, it might be a forensic accounts investigation, or it could be an anti-money laundering visit to check compliance. The outcomes may be an all clear or advice, or at the other end of the scale, regulatory action.
The session will be chaired by Paul Bennett and the speakers will be Frank Maher and Susanna Heley
Our expert speakers will offer guidance and support to inform you of the necessary information you need to help protect your firm against any penalties that can be applied by the SRA. You will also have the chance to ask the speakers any questions that you may have.
This session is free to attend and is aimed at leaders and mangers in law firms. Priority access will be given to members of the Risk and Compliance Section and/or the Leadership and Management Section
