SRA Transparency Rules and the advantages of being open about pricing (OnDemand)

SRA

Watch the recording On demand

A recent independent survey targeting individual consumers and SMEs looking for legal services found that proactively publishing key price and service information is having a positive effect.

So why are so many firms still not onboard with publishing their pricing in a more transparent way?

With the SRA continuing with checks on firms, we look at some of the advantages of being open about pricing, how legal services onboarding and retention of clients should be front and centre of any firm website and why firms should embrace and work more with comparison and review sites.

Learning objectives

SRA Competencies A2

  • Understand how firms can be clear about the messaging on their website and client onboarding information.
  • Learn how firms can use good client feedback to their advantage via many channels.
  • Understand how review sites can help engage more clients
