Dispute Section Members are invited to attend this London International Disputes Week event, supported by the Dispute Resolution Section, the Law Society’s International Team and Baker McKenzie.
This event will take place in person from 16:00 – 17:00 on Thursday 6 June 2024 at 113 Chancery Lane, London, WC2A 1PL.
An expert panel will discuss the UK’s accession to the Hague Judgments Convention 2019, what it means for cross-border enforcement of judgments and for England and Wales as a global legal centre.
