This one-day event, organised by the Private Client Section, will bring together a representative group of lawyers from various jurisdictions to discuss and debate the major issues in international private client law today.

Asset protection in older age, estate planning and tax issues for the elderly.  Speakers will present a case study. 

11.30 - 12.50       Plenary session 3: Impact of European succession regulation (Richard Frimston, partner, Russell-Cooke Solicitors)
Pre-arranged round tables. In each table there will be at least one lawyer from a  foreign jurisdiction . The delegates will benefit from  the input of a foreign lawyer to deal with a practical case lead by the session speaker.
