The Law Commission published its consultation paper ’Reinvigorating commonhold: the alternative to leasehold ownership’ on 10 December 2018. The consultation is open until 10 March 2019. It is intending to launch a consultation paper ’Leasehold home ownership: exercising the right to manage’ at the end of January 2019.
