The Risk and Compliance Service has a advice service dedicated to compliance officers for legal practice (COLPs) and compliance officers for finance and administration (COFAs).
If you are a COLP or COFA and you need advice on whether incidents of non-compliance amount to material breaches. You can submit your enquiry to the Risk and Compliance Service, and the Law Society will stand behind the advice that is provided to you.
This service is free to members of the Risk and Compliance Service.
