Unpicking the Inheritance Tax Regulations
In January 2022, amendments were made to the Inheritance Tax (Delivery of Accounts) (Excepted Estates)(Amendment) Regulations.
In this webinar, Samantha Roberts of Hugh James Solicitors considered how the Regulations should now be applied to deaths on or after 1 January 2022 and will revisit the Regulations which apply to deaths on or before 31 December 2021. The session also covered how the reporting of low value, exempt and foreign domiciled excepted estates has changed.
