Our speakers from four jurisdictions (England & Wales, Northern Ireland, Scotland and the Republic of Ireland) offered practical points of view when it comes tax, trust and estate planning. The discussion covered forced heirship, succession planning structures and the similarities and subtle differences between the jurisdictions.

The panel shared their experiences of advising clients across borders, especially in the UK and Ireland.
