A back-to-basics session, that will provide you with practical guidance on applying to the Court of Protection for deputyship, gifting, statutory wills and family care payment applications and to give an insight into the role of the Official Solicitor to include why and when they become involved as well as what they consider when looking at applications.

Our speakers talked through the different scenarios as well as general troubleshooting of applications.

Our panel take you through the procedure, advising what you need to have to make the application. You will be provided with top tips from those with first-hand experience of making applications to the Court.
