Traditionally in-house lawyers have had a long-distance relationship with the SRA but this is no longer possible.
These half-day forums will discuss common conduct and practising conundrums and suggest an appropriate and proportionate response. They also include a review of changes of significance that have been proposed in the SRA’s ‘Looking to the future’ consultation.
This forum includes presentations on the key issues affecting in-house lawyers and their employers and should be attended by any lawyer working in an in-house position and any employer providing legal services considering the need to be licensed by the SRA.
