The Law Society Competition Section is pleased to present its annual mergers update
This year’s update was provided by Sorcha O’Carroll, senior director of Mergers, at the Competition and Markets Authority, and chaired by Matt Evans, committee member and former chair of the Law Society’s Competition Section Advisory Committee.
Sorcha’s presentation was followed by refreshments and an opportunity to meet with other members of the Competition Section and the wider competition community.
