One year on, this event viewed the impact of the CMA’s Green Agreements Guidance on pushing environmental standards forward in Competition Law. Join the CMA and leading experts for an informative session on how to effectively collaborate between competitors without unduly restricting competition.
This event, which was originally intended to take place as part of the 4th Annual Antitrust Summer Conference in June 2024, was rescheduled following election purdah and took place on 11 February 2025.
This session set the scene around the thinking behind the CMA’s climate change guidance, their ‘open-door policy’ and what the EU/UK divergences mean in practice.
There was an opportunity for Q&A during the session.
