Who can join

Membership is open to solicitors, management staff of legal practices / departments, trainee solicitors and suppliers of financial or management services to legal practices.

What we do

Our support will help you achieve best practice, because it comes from practice management experts, including managing partners and legal consultants.

Our Section committee works with Law Society experts to ensure that we give you the best possible support. Section committee members include managing partners and law firm leaders from every size of practice, from small firms to the top 200, as well as specialist legal consultants.

Not only does your annual membership fee give you magazines, exclusive online content, e-newsletters, conferences, regional forums, a LinkedIn group and topical webinars, but you can also access archived online content and recorded webinars, making your membership go even further.

Section membership will keep you ahead of the game as new issues emerge and develop including the theme of ‘Achieving Sustainable Growth’ with featured topics including pricing models, mergers and marketing.

What you pay and how to join

To join this Section as an individual member, you pay £199 for 12 months.

Upgrade to a corporate membership and you can sign up to 6 staff members for just £399.

Take out a corporate membership and reward your managers with all the individual benefits and discounts that the Law Management Section offers. With access to latest thinking and information about all aspects of law firm and practice management, the Law Management Section will help your managers work to their full potential, which is good for them, good for you, and undoubtedly good for business.

For just £399, corporate membership entitles you to nominate up to six members in your organisation to receive the membership benefits. Membership is open to all staff in your organisation with management responsibilities, whether or not they are solicitors. Just supply the full names and email addresses of your nominated members with your membership form.

You may change the names of your members during the membership period at any point, to ensure the relevant people in your organisation receive the support they need.
