The Drainage and Water Searches Network (DWSN) is currently undertaking an informal consultation to seek conveyancers’ views on the development of a specific CON29DW for new-build properties
Conveyancers currently use the existing CON29DW, but DWSN recognise that an enquiry form tailored to the needs of conveyancers and homebuyers buying a new-build property could be beneficial, particularly with the drive for increasing house building volumes.
DWSN is conducting this short survey to gather information from interested parties to better understand practitioners’ views in this area of conveyancing, and would value your thoughts. The deadline for responses is 24 May 2019.
