Our Conveyancing Convention took place on 18 June 2024 and the final session of the day discussed the new TA6 Property information form (5th edition), material information, and improving the home buying and selling process.
The session was focused on using the TA6 form (5th edition) in practice and speakers shared illustrative examples.

- how material information is driving transformation across all those involved in the home buying and selling process
- the new requirements from National Trading Standards Estate and Letting Agency Team (NTSELAT) on material information
- the key opportunities and benefits the new form provides for solicitors
- scenarios illustrating where the form has been used in practice and how it can improve the process
