Thomson Reuters is investigating trends in the role of compensation and women in leadership, as part of its Transforming Women’s Leadership in the Law programme.
The anonymous survey will look at the:
- role of compensation and the benefits on the careers of women lawyers
- profession’s ability to attract and retain diverse talent
To show the overall trends in the market, Thomson Reuters will report on aggregated data and anonymised responses to open questions.
It is also happy to share the results with those who take part.
