One year on, this event will review the impact of the CMA’s Green Agreements Guidance on pushing environmental standards forward in Competition Law. Join the CMA and leading experts for an informative session on how to effectively collaborate between competitors without unduly restricting competition.
This session will set the scene around the thinking behind the CMA’s climate change guidance, their ‘open-door policy’ and what the EU/UK divergences mean in practice.
We will also hear in-house perspectives on the impact of the sustainable guidelines, with real world examples and international views.
There will be an opportunity for Q&A during the session.
