Update on UK merger control: Practice and procedure under the CMA (10 February 2015)

Sheldon Mills is the senior director of Mergers at the Competition and Markets Authority from 1 April 2014, where he is responsible for UK merger control enforcement. Prior to joining the Competition and Markets Authority, Sheldon worked as a solicitor in the private sector counselling a range of clients in merger and antitrust matters before a number of antitrust agencies worldwide. He was a senior associate in the London office of SJ Berwin LLP, having previously worked at Jones Day.
