Matthew Harman

Matthew has over 25 years experience as a costs lawyer and costs draftsman and was a founding partner of Harmans. He was among the first group of draftsmen to qualify as a costs lawyer, and is a former chairman and former Hon. President of the Association of Costs Lawyers.
