Mark Field is a CEDR accredited mediator (markfieldmediation.co.uk). Click on his name above to read more. He is committed to the use of mediation rather than litigation to resolve disputes. Prior to working as an independent mediator he was a practising solicitor over 30 years and used mediation extensively when in practice. He is a member of the Civil Litigation Section committee.
