Kelda Groves

Kelda Groves is a partner at Hagens Berman, an established US claimant class action specialist firm, now building up a European presence. She previously worked in Allen & Overy’s dispute resolution department, as a senior associate specialising in banking litigation, before moving in-house to Credit Suisse, where she spent 7 years managing European litigation and regulatory disputes. Her first experience of mass consumer claims and compensation was as Head of Complaints and Investigations (2014-2017) at HSBC where Kelda worked on a mass remediation and redress scheme set up by the FCA in relation to mis-sold interest rate hedging products. In 2017 Kelda joined Volvo as Head of Litigation Europe to structure and lead a defence strategy in respect of one of Europe’s largest mass claims, the Trucks follow-on litigation, before moving back into private practice and starting in her current role.
