Constance McDonnell KC
Constance McDonnell KC is a barrister at Serle Court, who specialises in trust and probate disputes. She has appeared in a number of highly publicised cases, both at trial and at appellate level including in the Supreme Court in Hirachand v Hirachand in January 2024. Constance also has an international practice. She was named ‘Barrister of the Year’ at the Citywealth Magic Circle Awards in 2023.
