The Competition & Markets Authority (CMA) have published new guidance on self-reporting cartel contact

The CMA has published their new leniency guidance, outlining how businesses and individuals can self-report cartel conduct (such as price fixing, market sharing, bid rigging or illegal information exchange). There’s now even greater incentive for businesses to be the first to report wrongdoing – those first to report are best placed to avoid exclusion and debarment, director disqualification and criminal charges.
