In this video roundtable, the CMA provide guidance on collaborating on environmental and sustainability goals
On 12 February 2024, Competition Section members were invited to attend a virtual roundtable event, coordinated by the Law Society, to help law firms understand how they and their clients can collaborate on environmental sustainability goals with other businesses or competitors whilst ensuring competition law is adhered to.
Speakers from the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) provided an overview of the guidance, available to watch on this video. This was followed by a wider discussion and Q&A session to gain additional insight from CMA representatives, which was not recorded.
