Brian Inkster

Brian was called 'a one man Scottish legal institution' in the Recommended Law Firm Guide 2010 and was recognised as 'Managing Partner of the Year' at the Law Awards of Scotland 2014. His ground-breaking legal case involving the question of a servitude right to park, Moncrieff v Jamieson, came to a successful conclusion for his clients in the House of Lords in 2007.
