How much of a priority do you make your well-being? How much compassion do you show for colleagues? How comfortable do you feel about opening up to your colleagues about challenges you may be experiencing?

This conference will create a safe space for lawyers to have a dialogue about challenges faced and how we can, as a profession, work to transform the well-being of lawyers and de-stigmatise stress, anxiety and mental health issues. Speakers will share their knowledge (acquired directly or indirectly) of lawyers who have experienced well-being challenges and provide lawyers with practical tools and strategies to help them prioritise their well-being, empowering them to work in a more mindful way.
