The Commission is investigating the current use of algorithms, and what controls, if any, are needed to protect human rights and trust in the system.
On Wednesday 25 July 2018, the commissioners will hear their first round of evidence from global experts on whether algorithms within the justice system should be regulated, and if so, how.
