The Law Society is keen to encourage greater diversity in the composition of its Council and its policy committees.

To encourage more applications from our under represented members, we’re offering a FREE webinar. This session will give participants the opportunity to take part in an interactive discussion with current Council and committee members drawn from diverse backgrounds.

Speakers will use this interactive webinar session to discuss:

  • Their own background and practise area
  • what motivated them to become volunteers
  • The benefits of being a volunteer as an individual, and in the wider context of your practice and career development

Who should participate?

The event is aimed at qualified solicitors across all areas of legal practise, both practising and non practising.
