The SRA Transparency Rules are designed to ensure that consumers have access to accurate information which will assist them when choosing a legal services provider.

As breach of these rules can give rise to disciplinary issues for the individual concerned and the firm itself, compliance officers need to assure that the firm’s response is appropriate.

This webinar will cover:

  • the requirements about price transparency
  • decision-making about whether the rules apply to you
  • a compliance plan to ensure a suitable response, and
  • demystifying some of the myths and misunderstandings.
