From Monday 14 March, Land Registry portal users will be able to view information about their applications using a new search facility called ‘Application Enquiry’.

The new application allows customers to search using the title number or the Land Registry reference number to find more details about their application, including:

  • progress status, such as: received, priority protected, in progress or delayed;
  • reason an application has been delayed, where applicable; and
  • full priority period for Official Searches.
