On 27 May, Land Registry will change the PO Box and DX addresses of its central scanning centre. Customers must send their applications and correspondence to the new addresses on and after this date to avoid delays in achieving priority and processing applications.

There are some exceptions. Customers should continue to send applications for land charges, bankruptcy, insolvency, agricultural credits; or applications to serve legal proceedings on Land Registry, to the relevant exception address.
