Lexcel Award for Excellence in Practice Management: Beeley & Co
Beeley & Co, a Stockport and Hove-based law firm specialising in personal injury litigation, used Lexcel to further its strong commitment to client care and adapt to regulatory reforms. It also used the scheme to engage and motivate staff to maintain the highest standards.
Excellence in Business Development and Innovation: DAC Beachcroft
The DAC Beachcroft claims validation team used resourcefulness and ingenuity to combine data analysis and insight of the fraud market to create real value for clients by developing an innovative intelligence behavioural analysis tool.
Excellence in Learning and Development: Clifford Chance LLP
Clifford Chance launched its ‘performance optimisation programme’ with the aim of developing more resilient staff able to sustain performance under pressure. Central to the programme is providing staff with the tools to adapt when faced with challenging situations.
Excellence in Client Service: Browne Jacobson LLP
Browne Jacobson implemented a wide range of initiatives from a traditional client charter to a modern microsite to embed exceptional client service in its practice. Practical support tools made Browne Jacobson staff ambassadors for outstanding client service.
Excellence in Diversity and Inclusion: TLT LLP
TLT takes an innovative and dynamic approach to accessibility for all staff and clients. The firm was the first to be awarded the Deaf Law Quality Mark and is committed to sharing what it has learned with other firms.
