The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Risk Outlook is designed to provide firms and consumers with a clear view of the SRA’s assessment of significant trends in the legal services market. It also profiles key risks and explains what is meant by each of them, why they are significant and the regulatory approaches to managing them.

The SRA has now updated the Outlook, as part of its biannual review process. It has also produced  two papers to accompany the update, dealing with anti-money laundering and bogus firms.
