The Law Society is holding a wellbeing champion training workshop on 21 March.

The session is designed as a follow-up session for mental health first aiders and champions.

It also aims to provide additional knowledge to existing champion and advocates in the workplace.

This half-day workshop aims to bring additional clarity to your role as a first aider and to give useful tips on how to be a successful wellbeing champion in your workplace.

The session will cover:

  • driving energy through creating kinder, more compassionate cultures
  • the concept of ‘1 in 1’ to help destigmatise mental health and question why we treat our mental health and physical health so differently
  • advice on where to signpost people needing support with their emotional wellbeing
  • the importance of everybody breaking their silence

This workshop is free for Law Society members and is open to solicitors as well as diversity and inclusion and HR professionals, and stakeholders.
