The Flexible Operating Hours (FOH) pilot is due to finish in March 2020 and the government is seeking feedback from solicitors who took part.

HM Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS) has been conducting a flexible operating hours pilot in courts in Manchester and Brentford since 2 September 2019.

Independent evaluators, IFF Research, are evaluating the pilot on behalf of HMCTS.

The evaluation aims to understand the experiences of professionals attending an FOH hearing. It is crucial to assess the impact on any solicitors and firms who have attended an FOH hearing, and to understand why solicitors may have chosen to opt out.

How to take part

If you or your firm have taken part in the FOH pilot (or chose not to), you can give feedback in a phone interview.
