From 23 November 2020, the Professional Development Centre (PDC) will no longer be available. 

You’ll need to complete any courses you have begun by this date. You’ll also need to download any training records and certificates you want to keep while you still have access.

Members can soon access future training through our new platform – Law Society Learning.

Unfinished courses?

If you have begun but not yet completed any courses on the PDC, you will need to complete them by 23 November 2020.

Access the PDC and complete your unfinished courses.

To find incomplete courses:

  1. go to the ‘Home’ tab at the top left of your PDC homepage
  2. click on ‘View your training record’
  3. above your list of courses and webinars you will see an option to filter by active or complete
  4. select ‘Active’
  5. all incomplete courses will be presented – make sure you complete any outstanding by 23 November 2020

Access to completed courses

You will no longer have access to any completed courses for reference after 23 November 2020.

Download your training report

To download your training report:

  1. once you’ve logged onto your PDC account, go to the ‘Home’ tab at the top left of the page
  2. click on ‘View your training record’
  3. you will see a list of your courses and webinars, and above this list you can filter by active or complete
  4. select ‘Complete’
  5. then, click on the three dots at the top right of the list
  6. select ‘Export to PDF’

Download your certificates

To the right of your completed courses list you will see the option to ‘View certificate’. Click on this button and select the ‘Download PDF’ option.
