Although the Help to Buy mortgage guarantee scheme has been scrapped, the Help to Buy ISA continues to operate. This webinar will guide you through the details of the scheme, the conditions and requirements for processing the bonus payment, as well as giving a round-up of the Help to Buy scheme and changes. Guidance will be given on how the equity charge process should be managed. 

The session covers:

  • The Equity Charge scheme: Procedure, documents and stages.
  • The Help to Buy ISA: How to obtain relevant documents and submit your request.

This is a practical webinar on the key points, dates and papers that are needed to avoid missing key payment deadlines and stages in the conveyancing transaction when Help to Buy funding is involved.
