This webinar examines changes of use permitted by the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (also referred to as the GPDO). Broadcast live on 4 July 2018, 12:30-13:30, the webinar is free to Section members.

It will also consider the prior approval process associated with many classes of permitted changes of use, and potential restrictions on permitted development.
