The recent changes to the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) regulations came into effect in April this year.

It is now unlawful to let buildings (both commercial and domestic) in England and Wales which do not achieve a minimum Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of ‘E’.

From April 2023, MEES will be extended to cover all leases, including existing leases.

This webinar will provide an overview of EPC and MEES regulations including the key implications for your clients, scope, exemptions and temporary extensions.
