The contents of this Private Client Section regional seminar will vary following the Budget but we can foresee that it will include:

Speaker

Sarah Harrison is a member of St Philips Chambers in Leeds and she is part of their Probate and Trusts Team.  She has practised as a traditional chancery practitioner since 1989 and her practice covers all aspects of probate and trust law together with associated taxation issues.

Sarah deals with contentious and non contentious work at all levels of complexity and she is particularly experienced at drafting bespoke documentation.

Her contentious practice includes dealing with probate actions, provisions claims, Court of Protection proceedings and applications by and against personal representative and trustees. In relation to non contentious work, she provides advice in  relation to all forms of testamentary and inter vivos trusts and the restructuring of trusts.

Sarah is instructed by solicitors throughout the country and she regularly provides seminars in Chambers and for solicitors and other organisations at their offices.

She is recommended in Chambers and Partners (Band 1) and the Legal 500.
