Junior Lawyers Division

The Law Society is seeking the support of junior lawyers (with zero to three years’ PQE) to test an online career course.

This pilot is part of the wider work underway to define and design the Law Society’s position as a learning and career development partner and provider for its members.

Outcomes

  • Learn how to move your career forward, create a career plan, and take action
  • Help to assess your career whether you’re:
    • looking to progress
    • feeling unsure
    • simply trying to keep on track

Commitment

The programme begins on 8 April and runs for six weeks. Individuals must be able to complete the whole of the course.

Individuals are to feedback to the Law Society at the end of the course on the:

  • content
  • quality
  • relevance,
  • and provide options for improvement (if necessary).

Your Junior Lawyers Division is dedicated to meeting the needs of all LPC students, LPC graduates (including those working as paralegals), trainee solicitors, and solicitors with up to five years post qualification experience.
