Listening to the needs of its members and responding to your feedback is absolutely essential to the Law Society.

The Law Society has been listening to you, formally and informally, over the past few years and you’ve told them that support with learning and career development is something you value.

You also think it will become even more important in the future as legal professionals need to navigate a constantly changing, volatile and complex landscape.

The Law Society has been working on that feedback and is currently developing their learning and career development offer to make it fit for the future, whatever that holds for our profession.

In the spirit of continuing to listen and respond to your feedback and contribution, the Law Society would like to invite you to take a look at their proposals and let them know what you think.

Whether you’re just starting out on your career or have many years’ experience, whether you work for a large firm, in-house or have your own practice or whether you advise legal professionals about their development and careers or are keen to learn more yourself, they would like to include you.

They will be running a series of virtual sessions so you can join from wherever you are. You can also provide feedback via email or arrange for a short telephone conversation.

Whatever way you choose to connect with the Law Society about this vital piece of our work, your contribution matters.

Contact by Tuesday 30 April if you are interested in participating.
