Nominations are now open for the annual LawWorks pro bono awards and lecture, including a specific category supported by the Junior Lawyers Division.
The awards recognise and celebrate achivement in legal pro bono undertaken by organisations and individuals, and the dedication and commitment of the legal sector to positively impact individuals and communities. The winner will be announced at an awards ceremony on Monday 3 December at the Law Society in London.
The Junior Lawyers Division Pro Bono Award recognises the pro bono work undertaken by a trainee or qualified solicitor with less than five years post qualification experience. Current students are not eligible for this award as there are separate awards for students through the LawWorks and Attorney General Student Award.
The deadline for nominations is midnight on Monday 8 October.
