This guidance focuses on the Training Regulations 2014, which govern training contracts that start on or after 1 July 2014, and non-mandatory SRA guidance on those regulations. If your training contract started before 1 July 2014, this will be governed by the Training Regulations 2011. Guidance on those regulations can be found on the SRA website .
If, for any reason, your training organisation breaches the requirements of those regulations, you can report the matter to the SRA.
