This seminar will offer a platform for discussion about the Rights of EU Citizens in the UK from both a practical and theoretical perspective. What are the rights of EU Citizens in the UK now – and how are these rights threatened by Brexit? Are these rights being frustrated by procedure? These questions and similar will be informed by the experiences of an eminent panel of speakers.

• Glyn Williams, Home Office Director General leading the negotiations on EU Citizens’ rights;

• Alison Hook, Hook Tangaza, Previous Director of International at the Law Society of England and Wales

• Abigail Holt, Barrister at Cobden House Chambers, Manchester and experienced immigration practitioner with over 10 years knowledge of the work of the Tribunal Service;

The cost of attendance is £15.00 per person for non-members; £10.00 per person for members; and £5.00 per person for members under 7 years or less call/PQE.
