The 2015 International Marketplace: Going Global was a great success.
With more than 110 delegates from 19 jurisdictions, the conference provided a great opportunity for solicitors and international lawyers to network and share their insights on the global legal market.
The programme included a panel of experts set the scene sharing their expertise on developing an international strategy, with case studies from boutique and regional law firms.
It then moved on discussing risks and opportunities on joining a network of law firms and opening an office abroad, as well as getting involved and making the most of international organisations.
Finally, the conference offered a number of breakout sessions where experts from different jurisdictions talked about doing legal business in key emerging markets in Africa, Latin America, Central Asia, China and India.
