Mena Ruparel writes for the Transparency Project about solicitors’ early commentary on Hart v Hart

Mena Ruparel recently commented on the case of Hart v Hart [2017] EWCA 1306, which had received a lot of media attention prior to the publication of the judgment.  

In her latest piece, for the Transparency Project, Mena reminds lawyers of the risks, to themselves and their firms, of critiquing and commenting on a judgment that they have not read.
