The Law Society has launched two accreditations to help consumers identify practitioners that specialise in occupational injury (disease) and catastrophic injury.

Reputation remains a key factor in the client’s decision-making process when choosing legal services. The knowledge and expertise of your fee earners are your biggest assets in attracting new work.

Research by the Legal Services Consumer Panel shows that 51 per cent of consumers reference quality marks in their decision-making process to choose a solicitor.

The Law Society offers two accreditations to help consumers identify practitioners that specialise in clinical negligence and personal injury. We have now launched two more for occupational injury (disease) and catastrophic injury
