The Law Society has launched a new court reform webpage to help you to keep up to date with the HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) reform programme.

The courts reform programme will fundamentally transform the role of a solicitor in any type of litigation – from corporate firms to high street firms – and the Law Society want to ensure it works for you.

The new court reform page will inform you about new developments; help you understand and adapt to the changes, whether welcome or unwelcome; and notify you of upcoming HMCTS events including roadshows, workshops, online events and research sessions.
