Find out moreNational call centres for court enquiries will open next year as the government takes the burden away from under-staffed regional court.
Writing in her regular blog, HM Courts and Tribunal Service chief executive Susan Acland-Hood said the new Courts and Tribunals Service Centres will provide a national online and telephone service to help court users.
The two centres, part of the six-year £1.2bn programme to modernise the court service, will also begin work doing administrative tasks that take cases forward in a ‘consistent and professional way’.
The Civil Litigation Section will provide you with support, advice, networking opportunities and enable the sharing of best practice with peers.
The current Section Engagement Programme has been created in consultation with the Section Committee and will focus on key issues including:
These issues will be addressed through a range of activities including: seminars, workshops, webinars, conferences, e-newsletters, magazines amd Twitter.
